weight loss success stories When did you become unhappy with your weight?

As soon as I had the baby. I had my son by c-section March 31 of 2008. I got home from the hospital a few days later and weighed myself. I was at 211 pounds! When I recovered, I started to walk lightly for 30 min. Now I do 30 min on a stationary bike and of course eat well.

Health and appearance.

Eating and exercising.

Exercising daily. Before starting, I had not done any in 9 months.

About 2 weeks after having the baby. My 1st pair of XL maternity pants were too big! Now the large pair fit.

38 days.

Only 38 days and I'm still losing weight. I eat right and exercise 30-60 minutes everyday!

Well physically I feel better. My hips don't hurt anymore and since the pregnancy I'm walking normal.
