Stephany's Weight Loss!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
When I started working full time and I felt that I was dragging
all this extra baggage. I have a very active job and my weight
was very restricting to me. A few people in my office had been
working at reducing there weight...it was working...I knew that
it was time for me to find a program that would work for me!
What made you decide to lose weight?
My total discomfort with myself...physically and mentally.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Once I started to lose weight, I joined a local gym. I've been
going ever since (1 year) Monday through Friday, sometimes on
weekends. I love it!!! I wish I discovered this wonderful feeling
of freedom years ago!
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Keeping myself in check. Having to monitor everything I eat and
keep calories and exercise in checks and balances.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
A month or so.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
One year.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
I just started to maintain my weight. I use the Opti-Fast system
when ever I need to. Going to the gym and really working hard
is a tremendous part of my maintenance plan!
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I can't even begin to tell you. I have energy that I didn't
think possible. I'm always on the go. My husband and kids just
love the new me. I've been having so much fun being the passenger
on a couple friends Harley. Talk about feeling free! Dancing up
a storm when I'm out at an event. Just feeling proud and saying...bring
it on!
How did ShapeFit help you reach your weight loss goals?
I used and still use ShapeFit to research new exercise and weight
training routines. They have been a great help and key to my weight
loss! Just knowing that ShapeFit is there whenever I need some
advice, it's great. When I need something different, I know right
where to go!

Stephany's Weight Loss Tips!
Weight
loss tip #1:
Always keep you fitness number one. Not only for yourself but
for your family.
Weight loss tip #2:
Never be sidetracked when it comes to your exercise time. Always
fit it in.
Weight loss tip #3:
Plan, plan and plan a menu that will work for you...pretty much
everyday.
Weight loss tip #4:
Keep a log of your exercise and calorie intake daily. This way
if you have an influx in weight, you can see if you did something
different that day with calories or exercise.
Weight loss tip #5:
Surround yourself with people that will always be your cheerleader.
There are always a few that go the distance with you!

Stephany's Weight Loss Eating Plan!
Breakfast:
Eggbeater Omelet with spinach and mushrooms. One slice of wheat
toast.
Lunch:
Salad with tuna or chicken. Soup is good too!
Dinner:
6 oz meat, chicken or fish, 2 veggies and a big salad.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Fruit Rice cakes with sm. amt. of peanut butter. Veggies.

Stephany's Weight Loss Workouts!
Weight Training:
Daily I do a different part of the body. Upper three times a
week and lower 3 times a week.
Cardiovascular:
I never thought that I would hear myself saying this. It was
so hard at first, but now I can't get enough. I also do interval
running on the treadmill. Kickboxing class Spinning Class Rowing
Class
