Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I was working for was not paying and I had to terminate my job, so I was having
financial problems which also put stress on my home life. I didn't have the money
to train or lose weight. Healthy food is expensive.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I knew from
my past having traces of cancer in my colon I still needed to eat a certain way
plus I was tired of the constant battles of income with working for someone else
and not feeling like I was making the money I deserved.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
with finances hurting and was having trouble getting work right away because of
past employer wasn't giving me good references I decided to go on my own and start
a business. I turned to holistic alternatives and found supplementation through
a holistic weight management system to help and I'm working on my Ph.D. for spiritual
holistic health and exercise which got me certified.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
my lifestyle to a more simple life but also finding prosperity through losing
How long did it take you to start to see results?
the first week but felt the results the following day.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
With my situation with my colon, I still deal with water and bloating but I
have never gone past 5-10 pounds. I find balance so I can enjoy life without feeling
negative because of weight.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
Well, I released negative people in my life and excepted only positive. I found
prosperity and changed my studies to spiritual life coaching and excited about
my new lifestyle being a pro. Plus I won many titles in fitness and model competitions
along with starting my association to help others find ways to balance on the
go lifestyles and improve their areas of their life.

Since I have to eat different based on my medical
situation I am not a big meat eater so I detox with tea or coffee, eat 3 egg whites
and fruit and sometimes turkey bacon.
If I am busy I do a protein shake or eat Chinese
food, white rice no sauce and chicken with veggies.
I do a glass of red wine on a occasion to help
with water retention and spiritual balance, chicken/fish, sweet potatoes, green
Snacks or Mini Meals:
I snack on weight loss chews for
energy and appetite control, pretzels, and I supplement fiber shakes.
Weight Loss Workouts!
Mon-thurs: upper body only two
exercises per part. Tues-weds: I work lower body by using track or esoteric
power exercises, then do weighted squats and presses in between or every other
I don't like cardio so I have my classes
where we do boot camps with our group or aerobics. When I am working I do my office
bike for an hour.
