When did you become unhappy with your weight: I could hardly
move
What made you decide to lose weight: I needed a new life

I started an exercise plan and eating 3 healthy meals every day.
I also cut out cheese and all fatty foods
What was most challenging about losing weight: The loose
skin I was left with after losing the weight. I have recently had
the loose skin surgically removed.

10 months! That was 7 years ago I even had a baby in between.

Tracy's Weight Loss Tips!
Weight loss tip #1: Never have your weakest foods in the
house.
Weight loss tip #2: Start exercising small like walking
to the shops or to school, then after you lose some weight start
going for a swim. In time you might feel more confident and go to
the gym. That's how I did it.
Weight loss tip #3: Make sure you do one thing for exercise
every day even if it's a walk to the store.
Weight loss tip #4: Have a treat once a week.
Weight loss tip #5: Realize that diets only work when you're
on them. If you want to lose the weight and keep it from creeping
back on you, have to change the way you eat forever! This is my
biggest
weight loss secret to my success and to maintaining it.
Once you have a weight problem, it's sadly there for life so you
have to learn to control it. This does not mean you can't have a
treat or a bad week, you just have to be extra good the following
day or week.

Tracy's Weight Loss Eating Plan!
Breakfast: Cereal with no sugar added, skimmed milk, low
cal sweetener, coffee, yogurt if you're still hungry.
Lunch: Beans on toast, sandwich with low fat spread maybe
turkey or anything like that maybe turkey rashers, eggs on toast,
no hard cheese though, soft low fat cheese is fine. I often have
a yogurt or fruit after.
Dinner: Lean cuts of meat, salad pasta, try and have red
sauce not white. Cut fat from meat. I might have a low fat ready
made meal with lots of veggies and salad, after maybe low sugar
jelly, fruit or low fat dessert, low fat chocolate pudding.
Snacks or Mini Meals: Fruit but not bananas. Low sugar drinks
as much as you like.
