Ameen’s Weight Loss Story!

When did you become unhappy with your weight?
May 26, 2008.

What made you decide to lose weight?
When my weight reached 271 pounds.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
No oil, no sugar and no fat. I decreased my daily calorie intake from 4,000 calories to 1,000 calories per day.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Due to my starting weight, I really could not walk, run or jog so it took a little longer to lose the weight.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
2 months.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
14 months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I have kept the weight off for several months.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
My students, friends and family are amazed and shocked to see how I have changed. Now I can walk for an hour, and I go jogging for an hour also (no problem)!

Breakfast:
1 glass of low fat milk

Lunch:
2 slices of bread boiled chicken 1 medium apple

Dinner:
2 slices of bread boiled chicken 1 medium apple

Snacks or Mini Meals:
I don’t really snack during the day.

Ameen’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
I currently do not weight train.

Cardiovascular:
Walking, jogging and running. I’m now trying to do sprinting workouts!
