Ashley's Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I first became upset with my weight in elementary school. I was
always bigger than the average kid.
What made you decide to lose weight?
After ballooning to nearly 400 pounds, I knew that I needed to
make a change.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Having gastric bypass surgery.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Not going back to my bad eating habits. Staying focused.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
Within the first 3 months, I had lost over 70 pounds.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
A year and a half. I started this weight loss challenge at the
age of 21 and I have lost a total of 202 pounds! This has not
been easy, but I am so happy that I am able to live my life as
a happy young adult.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
I have maintained my weight for over 6 months by sticking to
my diet plan and lots of exercise.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I have more confidence. I am able to love myself and love my
husband without being jealous of others. I'm on a healthy track.
I jog 2-3 times weekly. I am able to maintain a healthy weight.
I can shop in regular sizes!

Breakfast:

Snacks or Mini Meals:
100 calorie snacks, sugar free popsicles, fruit, yogurt.
Ashley's Weight Loss Workouts!
Weight Training:
I do not lift weights in a gym like I should be doing. I have
10 pound dumbbells that I lift daily. I do crunches, lunges and
aerobics.
Cardiovascular:
Walking and jogging 2-3 times a week.
