I just had enough. I wanted to be healthy for my family.

Cut out soda totally and started exercising. I haven't had soda in over 2 years.

Just staying consistent. I wanted to break the plateau.

I lost 8 pounds in the first week after cutting out sugary sodas. For me to see results, it took around 5 months.

2 years and 5 months. My goal weight is 175 pounds.

Over 2 years. Setting goals and pressing on towards them and never giving up are the keys to my success. Having great support and finding a accountability partner or group are also very important.

I'm more confident, more outgoing, I have a better family life and I'm just glad that I won't die by 40 now.
