Corinna’s Weight Loss Story!

When did you become unhappy with your weight?
When I went over 200 pounds.

What made you decide to lose weight?
I wanted my life back. I watched my mother die with too many medical problems.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Cutting calories, exercising and keeping a menu.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Being able to exercise. I had to have both of my knees totally replaced. So, I would say getting to exercise was the most challenging.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
About 4-6 weeks.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
2 years and 10 months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
Over a year and a half for my first 100 pounds. I do it by exercising, watching what I eat and keeping a menu. I work at it hard everyday. My life has changed for the best.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
Yes, it has really changed. I love to walk 4-6 miles 3 or 4 times a week. I also take Zumba classes 2 times a week.

Corinna’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

Breakfast:
Egg whites, bagel with thin turkey bacon, soy milk, coffee and water.

Lunch:
Salad with no dressing, chicken, fruit, diet pop and water.

Dinner:
3-4 ounces of meat, potatoes, vegetable, water, coffee and fruit.

Snacks or Mini Meals:
I eat 100 calories snacks or I eat low-calorie homemade desserts.

Corinna’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
Kettlebell training and weight lifting.

Cardiovascular:
Walking, treadmill and the Wii Fit.
