weight loss success stories When did you become unhappy with your weight?

After I got out of rehab for addiction and being alone because my boyfriend died from liver failure. I also needed to get rid of fluid from a bad liver.

I didn't like myself. I had to ride my bike since I lost my license and it was tough. I started training at the gym where I live and I really liked it. I struggled with cardio for a while though.

Working out regularly and changing my eating habits. I didn't really diet, I just ate the right things.

I put on muscle first and that put on weight, then I lost some and then it stayed steady for a while.

About 6 months or so.

About a year. I did it by working out three days a week and eating healthy. I got rid of all my unnecessary medications
