Diane's Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
After I got out of rehab for addiction and being alone because
my boyfriend died from liver failure. I also needed to get rid
of fluid from a bad liver.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I didn't like myself. I had to ride my bike since I lost my license
and it was tough. I started training at the gym where I live and
I really liked it. I struggled with cardio for a while though.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Working out regularly and changing my eating habits. I didn't
really diet, I just ate the right things.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
I put on muscle first and that put on weight, then I lost some
and then it stayed steady for a while.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
About 6 months or so.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
3 years.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
About a year. I did it by working out three days a week and eating
healthy. I got rid of all my unnecessary medications
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I feel better about myself! I can look good in clothes and its
fun buying new clothes.

Weight loss tip #1:
Keep drinking lots of water.

Do less weight and more reps.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal and fruit.
Lunch:
Soup or a sandwich.
Dinner:
Chicken, brown rice, small salad and vegetables.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Nuts and fruit. I sometimes treat myself to other foods.

Diane's Weight Loss Workouts!
Weight Training:
I started with building muscle than changed to doing less weight
and more reps. When I got my weight down, I went back to doing
more weight.
Cardiovascular:
40 minutes of cardio every day.
