When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I was always overweight as a child throughout high school and college.

What made you decide to lose weight?
I had constant health issues and got tired of watching my husband go to the gym every day and come home and look sexy. I wanted to look sexy right along with him!

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Eating clean and exercising.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Purchasing clothes to fit me!

How long did it take you to start to see results?
3 months.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
1 year and 2 months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I’ve been maintaining since I lost 50 pounds 6 months after I first started!

What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
Looking at my before pictures, helping others achieve their goals, and giving advice to others.

My whole mindset has changed! I feel brand new! I can put on any clothing and like it!

Do you have any advice for others who are trying to lose weight?
Motivation is what gets you started and habit is what keeps you going! Keep pushing!
