When I finally stepped onto a scale and it was over 250 pounds.

I have three children I need to keep up with!

I never did anything for myself until I started with my weight loss journey. I completely changed my lifestyle to eat more healthy and workout at least 6 days a week.

Everyone just wishes that the weight would just disappear. Its the patience of waiting for it to happen that is hard.

I lost a lot of weight in 5 months. I started seeing results when I lost at least 25 pounds. Now that I have lost 90 pounds, I'm a completely different person. People don't even recognize me!

5 months of hard, hard, hard work!

I still want to lose another 30 pounds and to do that I need to continue to watch what I eat and workout 6-7 days a week.
