weight loss success stories When did you become unhappy with your weight?

After 10th grade, I put on about 100 pounds and I never realized how hard it was to get up a set of stairs with that much weight.

weight loss success stories What made you decide to lose weight?

I'm happily married and down the road if we have kids, I wanted to lose weight to be able to see them grow up and then to see them have kids of their own. That will be wonderful.

You're not going to lose weight being bitter and lazy. I changed my diet and included exercise into my lifestyle.

Definitely my diet.

If you're really heavy set, you're probably not going to see much of a difference after 10 or 20 pounds. I saw results after losing about 30 pounds which took about 3 months.

About 5 months. I averaged about 10 pounds of weight loss each month.

I'm still continuing to lose weight. It's not a destination, it's a journey.
