Monique's Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
After my mom passed away, I realized that I was getting bigger.
What made you decide to lose weight?
A 3 month body transformation contest. I went from 148 pounds
to 128 pounds in 3 months and won the contest but gained 10 pounds
back within a year. I then decided to do a figure show and I went
from 138 pounds to 115 pounds.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Eating every 3 to 4 hours of clean food only such as egg whites,
oatmeal , chicken, fish sweet potatoes and green vegetables. I
never cheated once.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Fitting the training into my busy schedule.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
Within a month I started to see a difference in my body.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
About 4 months for fat loss and muscle gain.

Weight loss tip #1:

Eat on time every 3-4 hours.

6 egg whites, 3/4 cup of plain oatmeal.
6 ounces of chicken or 6 ounces of white fish, 1/2 sweet potato,
1 cup of green vegetables.

I weight train for 1 hour, 4 times a week.
