When did you become unhappy with your weight?
All my life. I was always the big boy in the class.
What made you decide to lose weight?
For better health, to look more attractive and to prove that
if I say I can, then I can.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
A healthy high fiber diet (not dieting). I did something physical
everyday either at the gym or swimming, walking.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Nothing is simple. Just stick to a healthy lifestyle. You will
get used to it.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
6 months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
I still need to lose 40 pounds.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
Its much better now. My dating scene has changed and I feel I'm

Breakfast:
Fat free milk with Fiber One cereal and raspberries, 2 boiled
egg whites.
Lunch:
Salad, 4 egg whites or chicken breast, hummus, protein shake,
fish oil tablets.
Dinner:
Whole wheat pasta, vegetables, orange, piece of chocolate.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Celery with hummus and sweet potato at 3pm.

Weight Training:
I train a different body part everyday.
Cardiovascular:
Elliptical machine for 20 minutes or walking for 10 km, 3 days
a week.
