I had become unhappy after the end of a previous relationship. Its then that I noticed I had gained weight.

I have always struggled with my weight but I finally decided to become healthy and look the way I wanted to.

I stopped eating at night and also stopped drinking alcohol.

Not drinking as much around my friends and eating less amounts of food. I kept telling myself I can do it.
