When did you become unhappy with your weight?
November of 2010.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I had recently joined Gold's Gym and noticed the gym's 12-week
Challenge poster. I knew it would be a great opportunity for me
to get serious about my weight loss and reach my goal.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Diet and an exercise plan.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Developing a workout routine that would not reinjure my back.
How long did it take you to start to see results?

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
Three months. Continuing with a diet and an exercise program.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I had major back surgery a few years ago and had to continuously
take medication to help ease the pain. Now, I no longer have to
take pain medication on a daily basis. In fact, I rarely do.
