November of 2010.

I had recently joined Gold's Gym and noticed the gym's 12-week Challenge poster. I knew it would be a great opportunity for me to get serious about my weight loss and reach my goal.

Diet and an exercise plan.

Developing a workout routine that would not reinjure my back.

Three months. Continuing with a diet and an exercise program.

I had major back surgery a few years ago and had to continuously take medication to help ease the pain. Now, I no longer have to take pain medication on a daily basis. In fact, I rarely do.
