Exercise Advice: Lay flat on your back on a
bench and grasp a barbell with your palms facing up. Hold the barbell
tightly with your hands a few inches from your head. Extend your
arms upwards, keeping your elbows in. Make sure to keep a little
bend in your arms and all the tension on the tricep muscles. Slowly
lower the weight back to the starting position while keeping your
elbows in during the entire movement.
