Weight Loss Recipes - Barbecued Salmon


Barbecued Salmon
(makes 4-6 servings)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for Barbecued Salmon
small bullet

1 1/2 pounds salmon*

small bullet

2 tablespoons olive oil

small bullet

1/2 teaspoon dried dill or basil (fresh herbs may be used)

small bullet

1 garlic clove, minced

small bullet

1 tablespoon lemon juice

small bullet

Salt and pepper to taste**

*Nutrition Facts are calculated with sockeye salmon
**Calculated without added salt
Directions:
1.Prepare grill.
2.In a small bowl, combine oil, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3.Using a pastry brush, brush salmon with herbed mixture.
4.Cook on barbecue until done (salmon is done when it flakes when tested with a fork.)
