Cabbage and Potato Saute
(makes 4-6 servings)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for Cabbage and Potato Sauté
small bullet

1 small bell pepper, green or red, chopped

small bullet

1 small onion, chopped

small bullet

3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped

small bullet

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

small bullet

1 small head cabbage, green or purple, sliced thin or shredded

small bullet

1 medium potatoes, cooked and chopped

small bullet

Dash of cayenne pepper

small bullet

Pinch of salt (optional)

small bullet

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Directions:
1.

Sauté bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet.

Add cabbage to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.

3.

Add precooked potatoes and spices. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
