3-Cabbage Slaw
(makes 4 servings)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for 3-Cabbage Slaw

2 cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced

small bullet

1 1/2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced

small bullet

1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced

small bullet

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

small bullet

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

small bullet

3 tablespoons orange marmalade

small bullet

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

Directions:
1.

In a large bowl, mix cabbage with chives.

2.

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, marmalade and ginger then pour over cabbage.

3.

Toss and serve.
