Weight Loss Recipes - Curry Dressing


Curry Dressing
(makes 4 servings)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for Curry Dressing
small bullet

1 1/2 tsp. vinegar

small bullet

1 tsp. curry powder, or more to your liking

small bullet

1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt

small bullet

2 Tbl. mayonnaise

small bullet

1 Tbl. nonfat milk

small bullet

1 tsp. salt

Directions:
1.

Combine all ingredients except pasta in a small bowl and stir together with a fork or whisk.

2.

Thin the dressing with more milk of desired.

3.

Chill well before serving.

4.

Toss the pasta with dressing, enough to lightly coat, just before serving.
