French Dressing
(makes about 1 cup)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for French Dressing

1/2 cup plain, low fat yogurt

2-1/2 tablespoons ketchup

small bullet

2 tablespoons water

small bullet

1-1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar

small bullet

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

small bullet

1 clove garlic, crushed

small bullet

1/2 teaspoon sugar

small bullet

Black pepper to taste

Directions:
1.Put all ingredients in a small bowl, mix together with a spoon or fork. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container until ready to use.
