Weight Loss Recipes - Garlic Shrimp with Noodles


Garlic Shrimp with Noodles
(makes 4 servings)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for Garlic Shrimp with Noodles
small bullet

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

small bullet

3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

small bullet

1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

small bullet

2/3 cup shredded carrot

small bullet

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

small bullet

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1.In a wok or medium sized skillet, heat oil to medium-high heat.
2.Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute then add shrimp and stir-fry for another minute.
3.Add shredded carrot and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
4.Stir in cilantro, add salt and pepper to taste then serve over cooked noodles (optional).
