cantaloupe in a microwave-safe container and microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes
to lightly soften melon. | | 2. |
Transfer
melon to a food processor or blender then add honey, lime juice and cardamom.
Blend until smooth. Pour melon mixture into a bowl, cover and chill in fridge

Serve
with mint sprinkled on top of each serving and garnished with strawberries. |
