Weight Loss Recipes - Pizza Fresca


Pizza Fresca
(makes 10 servings)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for Pizza Fresca

10 flour tortillas

small bullet

Pizza or pasta sauce

small bullet

2 cups cheddar, jack or mozzarella cheese, grated

small bullet

2 cups fresh vegetables (peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, and your other favorites, chopped
OR

small bullet

2 cups fresh fruit (include apples, raisins, pineapples, and your other favorites.

Directions:
1.

Place the tortilla (one or more) on a cookie or pizza sheet. Spread a thick layer of pizza or pasta sauce over tortilla.

2.

Arrange vegetables or fruit over sauce.

3.

Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of cheese over vegetables or fruit.

4.

Bake in 350 deg. F oven until cheese melts.

5.

Cut into quarters and enjoy
