Smoky Salmon Spread
(makes 2 cups)

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for Smoky Salmon Spread

1 -- 15-1/2 oz. can salmon, drained

8 oz. light or nonfat cream cheese

1/4 cup low fat sour cream

small bullet

2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped

small bullet

1 garlic clove, minced

small bullet

1 tablespoon parsley, minced

small bullet

1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

small bullet

1 tablespoon lemon juice

small bullet

1 to 1-1/2 teaspoon horseradish

Directions:

Blend ingredients together in food processor or by hand in a mixing bowl. Chill in refrigerator.
