Savory Spinach with Tomatoes

Ingredients:Nutrition Facts for Savory Spinach with Tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive or canola oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced or pressed

small bullet

2 tomatoes, chopped

small bullet

1 package frozen spinach leaves or 2 bunches fresh

small bullet

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1.

In the oil, fry the onion, garlic and tomato.

Add the clean spinach and salt. Stir together.

3.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, until just tender.
