Weight Loss Tips - Add Olive Oil For Healthy Fats & Flavor

Speaking of olive oil, adding olive oil to any meal adds a ton of flavor and also gives you a ton of energy which your body can use as fuel to burn! The reason this is so is because olive oil contains very little of the bad fat that our bodies are unable to burn. This bad fat is known as saturated fat. Most of the fat in olive oil is monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. Our bodies are able to burn monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats as fuel! Just think of your body as a high performance sports car. Of course, the only fuel you would put into your high performance sports car would be the best, highest octane fuel you could find! The same holds true for your high performance body: only feed your body high performance fuel such as olive oil, lean proteins and fibrous carbohydrates (and you're off to the races!).
