Weight Loss Tips - Avoid Unconscious Eating & Snacking

Try to avoid eating while watching TV, driving or reading or any other activity. It can easily make you lose track of what and how much you are eating. Eating while watching TV is probably one of the biggest culprits in consuming excess calories. It is also probably the easiest trap to fall into. We have all curled up on our comfortable couches, popped in a good DVD and ached for that bag of potato chips or bowl of buttery popcorn! The key here is to be sure that if you are going to snack on something, make it healthy! Soy chips are a great substitution for regular potato chips and if you're a popcorn lover, try leaving out the butter.
