When eating out, be sure to be aware of hidden calories that
may be included in various sauces and/or in the way the meal is prepared. Always
ask that any sauces be left out (or put on the side) and be sure to get your veggies
steamed with no butter! This is extremely important when sticking to a healthy
diet and the results that you will see by consistently doing so over a period
of time will be well worth it! In fact, once you have practiced this a few times,
you won't even care about those dressings and sauces!
