Weight Loss Tips - Choose Lean Foods
During Cookouts & Barbecues
When having a cookout, be sure to choose lean cuts of meat
and/or be sure to trim off any excess fat. Good choices for lean meats are chicken,
flank steak and London broil. You can be sure to have these dishes bursting with
flavor by adding herbs and spices to them all! You can also put your favorite
vegetables on the grill as well. A great and super healthy way to cook them is
to simply chop them up and place them onto a big piece of tinfoil and season them
just how you like with your favorite herbs and spices. Next, add a generous amount
of olive oil over the top of the vegetables. Finally, wrap up the veggies within
the tinfoil and throw them on the grill. Yum!
