of Exercise To Stay On Track
Working out every day may not be feasible for everyone and
probably is not the most sensible plan anyway. We all have daily commitments such
as work, family and other obligations. You want to always be sure that you avoid
over training. Make sure that you take at least a couple of days off per week
and that you give your body ample time to recover! If you can't get to the gym
on a certain scheduled day, just remind yourself to do something a bit different
to ensure at least some type of exercise. For example, instead of taking the elevator
at your office, take the stairs!
