When you're dining out and become satisfied after eating some of your meal, ask your server to box up the remainder and save it for another meal later. Don't think you have to eat everything on your plate not matter what. Eat slowly and enjoy every bite of your food. It takes approximately 20 minutes after you start eating for your body to fully understand it's full, so let your body digest the food and after a while, see if you're satisfied.
