Finding a partner to join you in your weight loss plan can help you (both of you) greatly in all facets of your plan. Having a partner will help keep you motivated and accountable in sticking to your weight loss plan. As stated before, encouraging (or even challenging) your friends will probably make them take a close look at themselves and their lifestyles and hopefully encourage and inspire them to begin or to enhance their exercise routines and nutritional plans.
