Eat lots and lots of fruits and vegetables! Fruits and vegetables
(particularly green, leafy vegetables) are nutritional staples of any successful
weight loss plan. Fruits such as strawberries, watermelon, kiwi, apples and raisins
are all great choices. Fruits are especially great choices to substitute for dessert.
Instead of having some cheesecake (which will go straight to your thighs or tummy),
try having some mixed fruit to cure that sweet tooth. As far as vegetables are
concerned, try to always have at least one serving with each meal. Great vegetable
choices are beans of all kinds, romaine lettuce, squash, zucchini, carrots, broccoli,
