Cardio Training Every
Day For Maximum Fat Loss
Should I do cardio training every single day? I want
to burn tons of body fat and get ripped!
I recommend doing cardio on your non strength training
days. This way your body will either be primarily focused on building muscle (training)
or burning fat (cardio). The maximum cardio sessions per week should be 4-5 days/week.
You want to let your body recover and have enough energy to build quality lean
muscle via strength training, so doing too much cardio (everyday) could hamper
your results and lead to overtraining.
