I'm a 15 year old teenager who is looking for a basic training routine to get in shape for soccer. What can I do to improve my agility and strength of the hip flexor and inside/outside of the thigh, without using weights?

You can use elastic exercise bands to get a really good workout for your legs. Here is a page which includes a list of different exercise band workouts. At the bottom of the page, you will see "Butt Kick Backs" and "Outer Thigh Side Raises":

For your inner thighs, you may want to try and mimic this weight training movement and adapt it to the exercises bands:

These exercises should strengthen your hip flexor/inside and outside of your thigh. For agility work, you might try sprinting work which will really improve your explosive power which is needed to sprint down the field. Here is an article on sprinting:
