Lifestyle Consultant & Clinical Exercise Physiologist
- Peggy Kraus

Peggy
Kraus has a unique approach to fitness; it revolves around improving
your health.
Many people who want to improve their health just don't know how
to start. So, they don't do anything. The overweight continue to
be overweight. Those diagnosed with chronic conditions, such as
heart disease and diabetes, accept the limitations that follow.
The information in the media can be confusing, and sorting it all
out can be a daunting task.
Just a few changes to your daily routine can help you to reach
your goals. That's all it takes. Only, you have to know which changes
to make, and you'll be on your way.
To achieve good health, you may need to lose some weight, to become
more fit, or to eat more nutritious foods. Most times, making changes
to your diet and to your exercise routine (or beginning one) leads
to weight loss, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels,
and fewer risk factors for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and
osteoporosis - to name a few.
For more than 12 years, Peggy has worked with people who were looking
to improve their health. She is comfortable prescribing safe exercise
and sound nutrition plans for those who have had cardiac bypass
surgery, heart attack, stent placement, diabetes, cancer, pulmonary
disorders, and osteoporosis, as well as for those who needed to
lose weight to get them to better health. Peggy educates individuals
about proper nutrition and realistic, effective exercise, and she
assists them with incorporating these healthful behaviors into their
lifestyle. By means of private consults, public speaking, and written
and online publications, Peggy empowers individuals -- adults and
children -- to make the choices that will improve their health.
The first steps are always the hardest. Peggy can help you with
those and the ones you take tomorrow.
