Machine Incline Press – Chest Exercise Guide with Photos

Exercise Advice: Using an incline chest press machine, start with your arms extended and a slight bend in the elbows to keep the tension on the chest muscles. Slowly lower the weight down until your arms reach about a 90 degree angle. Push the weight back up to the starting position while keeping the tension on your pecs.
