Do you have a chart that shows how to work every muscle?
Hi Vernard – If you scroll down this page you will see two photos which outline each muscle group on the body (front and rear). You can click each area and it will direct you to the page for specific exercises. You can also choose from the dropdown menu at the top of the article where you will see “Muscle Group” and “Exercise Type”.
