Exercise Advice: While standing and holding two dumbbells, slowly lean over at the waist. Keep your arms tucked into your sides at a 90 degree angle. Slowly extend both arms out while keeping your elbows in a fixed position and close to your sides. Make sure to keep all of the tension directly on your triceps as you extend your arms out to the top position. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position and repeat for a certain number of repetitions.
