how 2 built muscle in legs??
Hey! I have thin toned legs and I really want to build muscle in them so they appear bigger. I've tried alot of workouts with heavy weights and I don't see any results and i've done it for awile now. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hey! I need some help- I workout 6 days a week stregth training-2 body parts a day 4 exercises per body part-people are telling me this is to much? How much cardio should i do?
i workout 6 days a week doing stregth training but i dont know how much cardio to do because im trying to lose some fat and i feel if i do as much cardio as i can i will lose it?
