I do total body workout on Saturday. I do powerpump which is solely strenght training with no cardio. i use barbells to do squats, dead lifts, and shoulder and chest press. Thankyou everyone for your replies. Boxfit is am aerobic class where do boxing moves are used, you know the arms movement and kicking out movements. It also includes working with weights and some some abs exercises using weighted execise balls. Damn near kills me lol.
