I've been doing the 3x12 for about a month and a half now, and I'm not feeling anything the next day like I used to. I'm thinking of going to 5x5 now, but I was wondering if I should use the same wgt for all 5x5, or if I should increase the wgt after each set? Also, does doing the 5x5 still help wit...

How about instead of saying that somebody is wrong or what their using is wrong, tell them how much to take, or whatever the case is. Dont just say that is wrong or why are they doing that, give some advice along with it.
