Before Video / After Pic
I'm losing weight. I've lost 41lbs. I only have one source of "before" pics - a friend who took some videos down at farm in the middle of July. Here are the before and "mid phase" - total goal is 72lbs of weight loss before I head back to doctor to see "where I'm at." B...

Hey, don't forget to check in! I can advise you that pictures would be a GREAT thing for you. I haven't been taking pictures. I wish I have, because I know it would have helped me to feel better about what's going on. And that's the thing - if you don't feel good about what's happening, you won't ke...

I don't like Creatine...
But it seems like a lot of whey powder and protein bars have it in there.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

So, what are your hobbies?
I would love to hear about your hobbies. I hate to be the first to talk about mine, but I hate to start a thread and not give an example as well. biggest hobby right now is "going to the gym." This includes lifting and running on the elliptical. I have a dog too, but I'm not sure if that c...

What Topics are Welcome in Open Chat?
I'm just curious! I like to talk politics, video games, etc., on other forums where I share specific interests with the posters - just like I do here. That said, I don't want to step on any toes or use this for anything other than it's intended purpose!

How to do pullups/chinups
Hello all.
I used to be a three sport athlete, and I worked out a lot (that was eight plus years ago, in High School). Even then, when I had a decent bench, I couldn't do pullups.
It's a life dream of mine to be able to do these. So... how do I get to the point that I can do them?

justloseit : First of all, congrats on making the plunge. I was at 312 when I started lifestyle change July 28. I've now lost 31 lbs. For me, the elliptical has been a real life saver. Let's face it, on us bigger folks, running is really bad on the knees especially when we're out of shape. The elli...
