Well i am currently 159... i am only 5'5... I am 30 years old. goal i guess would be to fit in a size 8 pants comfortably... not fat hanging over the edge... right now i am stuck between a 10 and a 12... i have dieted before and did the treadmill like crazy and lost about 20 pounds well i got kidney...

most of all i do is cardio as well... i was told that you had to burn the fat off 1st before you could tone and strengthen the muscles that if you do it before or during the weight loss journy that it will make you look bulky and you will still have the fat in the same areas just have a muscle under...
