i first started going to the gym, prior to original pictures at about 175. I am now right in between 150-155 for the most part. Been there for about 3 months or so.

Sprained Ankle - Missed a week in the Gym

I missed the third week of a six week program I am doing, It finally feels good enough to get back into the gym today.

question is, should I restart the program or just restart that week or continue on as normal?

The gym I go to doesnt have a squat rack, just a smith. What are the reasons I should not do it on the smith? Should I use the leg press machine if not?

Sorry to keep asking questions, but after doing the decline bench press on Friday, I am not totally comfortable doing it (as I typicalyl dont have a spot on Fridays). Is there a pushup variation or something else that could fill for that?
