I'd say look in your local paper in the classifieds section for a cheap bench.
You have to remember that plates cost a decent amount of money too.

10 pounds in 2 weeks???

Hate to say it, but that's definitely not muscle...
that's all water weight from the creatine

I'd expect 10 pounds in more like 20 weeks with proper diet and training

I think it's best when people you don't know give you compliments. When you get compliments from trainers, it's also a pretty good motivator. I always find that I become more focused on the workout after getting a compliment, because then I know that it's working even if I don't see it.

if you have plateaued you need to give more info on what you are currently doing:

-How many times a week do you train
-diet

It looks a little excessive on the workout you posted
Someone else should comment on that though

I understand everything, but the Hot-Rox
do you feel that they work?
I tried them and didn't notice any results worthwhile besides me maintaining weight

Well I know quite a few of our varsity players weight around between 180-190
Yeah some weigh 200-210, but they can be taken down just as easily as the lighter players as it is just fat

Just lift and eat healthy
Your body will adjust to where it belongs
