When I hurt ankle two years ago, I did elliptical. Running any distance may only injure it further.

Thanks Vamp, it definitely does take perserverance. I've got a docotor's appointment tomorrow morning to make sure I haven't accidentally opened up incision scar when I was picking older daughter up.

Priyanka...c'mon girl....you're not pushing yourself! Make those muscles actually work! I'm not going to say anything about the weights for the upper body, because I was only able to do 8 lb free weights on some of those, but the machines...I know you can do better! And the lower body....please girl...

Scoped out the gym today....ugh, what a let down....it was about the size of livingroom with only 5 treadmills, 5 bikes, and a small selection of very light free weights. diet isn't too much better today, though I did make some progress with only 2 cups of coffee and 8 glasses of water. I stretched today. I'm hoping to get the car from MIL early enough to be able to stop by the gym at work today and scope it out and sign up. Can't do it after work since I do the swing shift.

I agree here....I wouldn't be sprinting with most of those injuries....ankle, knee or back.

Clomid's a fertility drug for women, why would any guy use it?

Of course, I've also never understood why anyone would want to use 'roids, but that's just me.

I can imagine that it would be embarrassing...have you asked your general practitioner about it? Maybe its a hormone imbalance. A few simple blood tests could answer that question.

*looks it up in a dictionary* OH! Oh....taking 'roids does that? That doesn't make much sense....I would think it was estrogen or progesterone (two female hormones) that cause an increase in mammary tissue.

Thanks for the tip swanso5, I'll try starting the pelvic tilts today. I'm kinda leery about even flexing core muscles (even though I'm sure I do alot more than that when I pick up 3yo) because of the incision which I know hasn't completely healed yet, as I sometimes feel sharp pain in one area when ...
