Ok, a few more questions, I know the basics for HIIT but how long should a session last? and how many should I be doing a week? + will this be enough by itself?

Well I searched it and read about it, 30s on, 60s off? I found some videos of jumprope exercises and I'm waiting for them to load, slow internet.

Thanks for the advice, its really good to have a plan to follow.
I'm a bit confused though, I don't know much about diet but I assumed that when you're going for weight loss it was best to reduce your carb intake, what effect will increased intake have? Is it a way of adjusting by metabolism?

I try to keep away from foods/drinks that have high sugar/fat content, I only drink milk and water, but apart from that I don't pay much attention to what I eat. eating is a bit random at the moment though, because I'm at home for a lot of the day I don't eat at fixed times. diet at the moment is sp...
